Venues and schedule for Pre-Congestion Study Regional Workshops for the 2009 National Electric Congestion Study.

The Department of Energy held six regional workshops to seek invited stakeholder input and discussion, including comments on practical metrics for gauging levels and significance of transmission congestion. Each workshop featured a panel of invited speakers to present their views and comments. The workshops were open to the public, and were simultaneously Webcast over the Internet.
